Our fitness trailer will allow us to run classes effectively, all while being outside.

Our classes are circuit-based and designed to keep you moving, engaged, and challenged — no matter your fitness level. Each class includes a series of stations where you'll rotate through different movements targeting strength, cardio, and mobility.
